What are cookies?
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit. Some are essential for the website to work; others are used, for example, to measure how it is used. This policy explains which cookies we use on rosmedian-law.com, in accordance with Article 22.2 of the Spanish Information Society Services Act (LSSI) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Technical cookies do not require your consent because they are needed to provide the service. Analytics cookies are only set if you click “Accept” in the cookie notice; if you reject them or make no choice, Google Analytics is not loaded. We do not use advertising or social media cookies. Fonts are served from our own server, and links to WhatsApp and Google Maps do not set cookies until you click them and leave our website.
Google Analytics and international transfers
Google Analytics is a service of Google Ireland Limited. The data it collects (pages visited, device type, approximate location, source of the visit) is used in aggregate to understand how the website is used and to improve it. Google may process this data in the United States; Google LLC participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, recognised by the European Commission as an adequate safeguard. More information in Google’s privacy policy.
How to accept, reject or change your choice
On your first visit we show a notice with two equally visible options: “Accept” and “Reject”. You can change your mind at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page; if you withdraw consent, we delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser. We will ask you again after twelve months.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings:
